Since 1992, Clients have developed the skills to break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Realizing your potential through Coaching, Therapy, or a combination of both

Counseling Focus: using the more traditional framework of ADHS guidelines your personal past and present
experiences are used to evaluate, assess, and define your work. A discussion with you will use this information to
develop a plan which will provide appropriate cognitive tools to assist in the healing of mind, body, and spirit.
Here too you will be encouraged to develop your ongoing best health accountability.

Coaching Focus: you identify and clarify ideas. When you are ready, you can develop your thoughts into a set of measurable goals. Then you will create an action plan to achieve those goals and learn to hold yourself accountable.
